As diabetics, we understand how hard it is when we are surrounded by sugary, tasty treats that can be hard to say no to, which ultimately cause huge spikes in our BG levels.

So we wanted to share our recipes that do not contain refined sugars and that alternatively contain natural sugars and ingredients.

Remember, home baking is always a healthier option than packaged products.
